Appointments
Please note we do not provide access to all available appointments on line. For example we keep some appointments for emergencies. If you are concerned about your pet and there isn't a suitable appointment please call the practice.
Due to an increasing number of missed appointments we have made the difficult decision to charge a £12 fee for missed appointments. This will be added to your account for any appointments that you fail to attend and that have not been cancelled more than 30mins before the appointment time. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Emergency Appointment
As pet owners we know only too well how distressing it is when your pet suddenly becomes unwell. Getting the best care quickly is paramount. When we are closed we have subscribed to Vets Now Preston to provide you with emergency care.
